If you are not satisfied with any of your items you receive then you are entitled to return your unwanted goods within 14 days from the date at which you received the goods. The products must be unopened and unused Returned items must be in their original packaging in the same condition as you received them in. Package them up carefully and include any labels that came with the items. Returns will be at the customer’s own expense of delivery.
Please contact us for returns information which will have our returns address details. Once you return the unwanted item a full refund will be issued to you.
If the product is damaged or faulty it must be reported to us within 24 hours. Photos of the damaged item must be sent by email. Please then return the defected item to us and a new one will be sent or a full refund will then be issued.
In the case that your product gives you an allergic reaction occurs, we will forward the returned item to the manufacture of that product and they will deal with it directly and may contact you for further information.
All returns will be examined by us and once we are happy all the terms of our returns policy have been adhered to, we will refund your payment less the delivery, no later than 30 days of our receipt of the returned items.
We do not accept returns on any sale or clearance items.

Anner beauty will not be responsible for any packages that fail to reach us, we recommend using a reputable postage delivery service that provide you with proof of postage and a tracking option.
